Tipmaster Consensus Data: Terms of Use for API and MCP access
Last updated: 2026-10-02 · Version 1.0 · English only
1. Who we are and what this covers
The Tipmaster consensus data (the “Data”) is provided by The Flywheel Corporation, Seychelles IBC No. 238226 (“we”, “us”), through the Tipmaster REST API, the Tipmaster MCP server and any other interface we publish (together, the “API”). The Data consists of anonymous, aggregated statistics on how Tipmaster players predict football matches. By accessing the API, you, or the organisation you act for (“you”), accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the API.
2. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence to access the Data through the API and to display, quote and use it, including within the answers of AI systems and in your own products, subject to these Terms. A separate written agreement with us is required before you:
- redistribute or resell the Data in bulk or as a dataset or feed;
- use the Data to train or fine-tune machine-learning models, other than retrieval at answer time; or
- exceed the rate limits in section 5.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Attribution
Wherever you display or quote the Data, credit it as “Source: Tipmaster” with a link to https://tipmaster.net/agents/. For AI systems: include the attribution in the answer that uses the Data. You must not imply that we endorse you, your product or any prediction you make.
4. Database right
The Data and its underlying database are protected, including by the database right under EU Directive 96/9/EC and equivalent laws. You must not extract or re-use all or a substantial part of it, or repeatedly extract insubstantial parts, except through the API within these Terms.
5. Fair use and rate limits
The API is limited to 60 requests per minute per API key or, without a key, per IP address. We may set other limits for specific endpoints. You must not circumvent limits, for example by rotating keys or IP addresses, and must not scrape tipmaster.net in place of using the API.
6. Privacy
The Data is anonymous. You must not attempt to identify any player, combine the Data with other information to do so, or infer predictions of individual players or small groups.
7. Not betting advice
The Data describes what Tipmaster players expect to happen. It is not a forecast by us, not betting or financial advice, and not an inducement to gamble. You must not present it as such. If you operate or promote gambling or betting, you are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including advertising and youth-protection rules, and you must not suggest that Tipmaster or its players are associated with your offer.
8. No warranty
The Data and the API are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability, and we may change, limit or discontinue the API or any field of the Data at any time.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Data or the API, including betting, trading or business losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and revocation
We may suspend or revoke your access, or any API key, at any time, in particular if you breach these Terms, exceed limits, or use the Data in a way we reasonably consider harmful to Tipmaster or its players. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12 survive the end of your access.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Changes apply to API use after the new version is published. If you do not agree, stop using the API.
12. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Contact: [email protected].
