Rule changes
National: how a level cup tie is decided, from the next season
From each country's next National season, a cup tie with equally good predictions no longer goes to the lower-league host. The order is now: the possession prediction, then the higher league, then the better finish last season, then more exact scores this season, then more correct results this season. If everything is still level, a coin toss decides. Ties already played keep the rule they were played under.
