Right of withdrawal
Last updated: 2026-10-03 · English only (initial version) · Applies once paid features are offered
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise it, inform us (The Flywheel Corporation, [email protected]) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your notice before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
Subscriptions: if you asked us to start the subscription during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to what was provided until you told us you were withdrawing.
Single digital items: your right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun, if you expressly asked us to start delivery before the withdrawal period ended and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal. We confirm this in your order email.
